HOW-TO: Update Your Personal Details

Any user related to your site can see any other user related to your site. If they click on your name they'll get some directory information including phone number and email address. If you find that this information is out-of-date please do the following.

• If you are a student at WVU Morgantown you will need to update your address information in STAR. You can do this by contacting Admissions and Records or use the STAR system to update your address.
• If you are a faculty or staff member at WVU Morgantown, you will need to contact your department's Expert Business Office (EBO) to have your information updated by them.

We pull all of our information from these sources and don't store any of your information permanently. It may take 2 to 3 days for your information to be corrected.
