HOW-TO: Manage/Edit a Role
Remember that we recommend assigning actions from one module per role. Try not to assign actions from multiple modules to one role. A user can have many different roles. Please review the Example Implementation above to get an idea of how to name and set-up your roles.
- Click on the Roles tab for your site
- Click on the title of the role you want to edit
- An ActionBox should have popped up with a lot of different modules, actions and checkboxes. Turn on or off those actions you want assigned to this role.
- Click 'Save Changes' for each module that you've enabled or disabled actions for to make sure they take affect.
- Click 'Close' in the top-right of the ActionBox to close it and return to the Roles screen.
