Cannot reorder a submenu

Description

I tried move an entry so that it was first in a submenu and not alphabetized and could do that function under "reorder pages." I saved it by clicking on [Save new order] or the appropriate button. But, when I went back to the menu, it was in alphabetical order. I did this at work. Then, I did this at home, and now at work, again, it is overriding my choice.
